Major ● Cause ID = 1
The fuse is not in position or is
blown.
● Cause ID = 2
The two relays on the breaking
board are open-circuited.
● Cause ID = 3
The contact points of the DC
switches are stuck.

8 Maintenance
Suggestions
● Cause ID = 1/2
Turn off the AC output
switch and DC input
switch, and then turn
them on after 5
minutes. Wait for the
inverter to connect to
the power grid. If the
alarm persists after 5
minutes, contact your
dealer or technical
support.
● Cause ID = 3
If the PV indicator
(LED1) is off, contact
your dealer or
technical support to
replace the device. If
the PV indicator
(LED1) is on, wait until
the PV string current
decreases to below 0.5
A. Then turn off the
AC output switch and
then the DC input
switch. After 5
minutes, turn on the
AC output switch and
the DC input switch.
Wait until the inverter
connects to the power
grid. If the fault
persists 5 minutes
later, contact your
dealer or technical
support.
