● Cause ID = 9: PV17 and PV18
● Cause ID = 10: PV19 and PV20
The PV array is not properly
configured. Excessive PV modules
are connected in series to a PV
string, and therefore the PV string
open-circuit voltage exceeds the
maximum operating voltage of
the solar inverter.

Suggestions
1. If the DC switches are
on, check the series
connection
configurations of PV
panels in the
corresponding PV
strings.
a. If the maximum
open-circuit voltage
of a PV string is
higher than the
maximum input
voltage, contact
your vendor or
technical support.
b. If the maximum
open-circuit voltage
of a PV string is
lower than the
maximum input
voltage, ensure that
the maximum
open-circuit voltage
of the PV string is
lower than or equal
to the maximum
operating voltage
of the device. After
the PV array is
correctly
configured, the
device alarm is
automatically
cleared.
2. If the DC switches are
off, contact your
vendor or technical
support.
