Alarm Possible Causes
Severity
Warning Cause ID = 1–20
This alarm is generated when the
PV string status is abnormal due
to the following conditions: a
single PV string is lost; both 2-in-1
PV strings are lost; one of the 2-
in-1 PV strings is lost.
Major Cause ID = 1
The impedance of the output
phase wire to PE is low or the
output phase wire is short-
circuited to PE.
Major Cause ID = 1
1. The power grid experiences an
outage.
2. The AC circuit is disconnected
or the AC switch is off.

Suggestions
1. Check whether the
solar inverter terminals
are properly
connected.
2. Check whether the PV
string terminals are
properly connected.
3. If a 2-in-1 terminal is
used, check whether it
is normal.
Check the impedance of
the output phase wire to
PE, locate the position
with lower impedance,
and rectify the fault.
1. Check the AC voltage.
2. Check whether the AC
circuit is disconnected
or the AC switch is off.
