Alarm Possible Causes
Severity
Minor Cause ID = 1
1. The solar inverter is installed in
a place with poor ventilation.
2. The ambient temperature is too
high.
3. The solar inverter is not
working properly.
Major Cause ID = 1, 2-5, 7-12, 20
A fault occurs on the internal
inverter circuit.
Minor Cause ID = 1–4
The upgrade does not complete
normally.

Suggestions
1. Check the ventilation
and whether the
ambient temperature
of the solar inverter
exceeds the upper
limit. If the ventilation
is poor or the ambient
temperature is too
high, improve
ventilation.
2. If both the ventilation
and ambient
temperature meet
requirements yet the
fault persists, contact
your dealer or
technical support.
● Cause ID = 1
Contact your vendor or
technical support, wait
until the PV string
current decreases to
below 0.5 A, and then
turn off all DC
switches.
● Cause ID = 2-5, 7-12
Turn off the AC output
switch and then the
DC input switches.
After 5 minutes, turn
them on in the same
sequence. If the fault
persists, contact
technical support.
● Cause ID = 20
Do not turn on the DC
input switch. Contact
your vendor or
technical support.
1. Perform an upgrade
again.
2. If the upgrade fails for
multiple times, contact
your dealer or
technical support.
