Bradshaw Height Extension Padding:
1275/PS/HI/EX
Thank you for purchasing the Bradshaw Height Extension Side Rail Padding. To install the padding
system please follow the instructions carefully ensuring no steps are missed out.

Caution
1. Remove padding from protective packaging and dispose of according to local policy.
2. Set the Bradshaw bed at a comfortable working height.
3. Remove all bedding and the mattress, if required, to allow full access to the entire side rail.
4. With pads flat and on a clean level surface identify the head end, foot end*, and inside** of
the pad. *Sewn into the foot end of the "pocket" is a foot end label. **The inside of the pad
faces the patient.
5. Ensure all hook and loop fastenings are opened up and place the pad "pocket" over the
height extension.

A risk assessment must be carried out on a patient by patient basis to
determine suitability of bed and side rail pad.

This and the bed instructions for use must be read and understood fully
before fitting/using the accessory. Incorrect fitment or use could result
in injury or death.

Incorrectly fitted pads can lead to equipment damage or failure.
