REMOVE TOP SECTION OF SHIPPING CONTAINER.
CAREFULLY LIFT BASE OUT OF BOTTOM SECTION OF
SHIPPING CONTAINER. PLACE ON CLEAN SURFACE.
RAISE TOP SECTION OF BASE. REMOVE HARDWARE /
LEG BOXES.
VERIFY CONTENTS; INSPECT FOR DAMAGE.
A - Legs (6 or 8, depending on base size)
B - Remote Control
C - Power Supply (includes power supply and electrical
power cord)
D - Sync Cable (split sizes only)
E - Warranty Activation Card
F - Owners Manual
G - Mattress Retainer (cut zip tie to remove)

UNFOLD BASE TO FLAT POSITION. REINSERT
CAPTIVE PINS AND BOLTS.

REMOVE REMAINING PACKAGING. CUT ZIP-TIE AND REMOVE
MATTRESS RETAINER. CAUTION: EXERCISE CAUTION WHEN
USING SHARP INSTRUMENTS.

INSTALL LEGS. Hand tighten securely.

PLUG REMOTE CONTROL INTO BASE.
Plug remote control cord into base motor cable. Pivot
cable latch downward and snap cable latch in closed
position. Note: Align pins before inserting plugs.
Note: Power cords must not interfere with any
adjustable base mechanisms. Do not weave cords
through base structure.

ROTATE BASE SO IT IS RESTING ON ITS LEGS.
OPERATE REMOTE CONTROL TO VERIFY ALL FUNCTIONS
OF BASE ARE ACTIVE.

or detailed instructions in the owners manual.

REMOVE CAPTIVE PIN AND BOLT FROM HINGE
(BOTH SIDES OF BASE).

PLUG POWER CORD INTO POWER SUPPLY.
Insert electrical power cord into power supply. Plug
power supply cord into base motor cable. Pivot cable
latch downward and snap cable latch in closed position.
Note: Align pins before inserting plugs.
Extend electrical power cord out head end of base. Plug
electrical power cord into a working, grounded electrical
outlet. Note: An electrical surge protection device is
recommended (not included).
Note: Power cords must not interfere with any
adjustable base mechanisms. Do not weave cords
through base structure.

INSTALL MATTRESS RETAINER.
Place one end of mattress retainer into outside hole
of left insert. Spread mattress retainer and place the
other end of the mattress retainer in the outside hole
of the right insert.
