Assembly

The machine must be fully assembled before it
can be operated. Before beginning the assembly
process, refer to Needed for Setup and gather
all listed items. To ensure the assembly process
goes smoothly, first clean any parts that are cov-
ered or coated in heavy-duty rust preventative (if
applicable).
To assemble machine:
With help of assistant, lay sheet of cardboard

on floor to protect media blasting cabinet, and
place cabinet on its back.
Using #2 Phillips screwdriver, fasten (4)

legs to underside of cabinet with (16) M6-1
x 12 cabinet screws and flange nuts (see
Figure 6).
Attach (2) side supports (see Figure 6) to left

and right set of legs with (4) M6-1 x 12 cabi-
net screws and flange nuts.

With help of assistant, stand blast cabinet up

Remove the lamp box from inside of the

cabinet, place the glass and the lamp box
onto the top of the cabinet, and fasten them
to the cabinet with the (6) M6-1 x 12 cabinet
screws.

Fasten the pressure gauge and regulator "L"

bracket (see Figure 7) to the left front leg
using (2) cabinet screws and flange nuts.
Using (3) Phillips screws and flange nuts,

fasten the hopper valve and chute door to
the hopper, as shown in (Figure 8). When
secured, latch the hopper door closed.

tion port baffle (see Figure 9).
