User Instructions
This dryer is equipped with a thermostat that will
cycle OFF' if the temperature exceeds the com-
fort level due to partially blocked air inlet or air
outlet openings. In the event that the dryer stops
during use turn off all switches and allow the dryer
to cool down, at which time the thermostat will
automatically reset. Before using again, check
that the air inlet and air outlet openings are not
blocked. Unplug the dryer and clean the open-
ings if necessary. During use. do not block the air
openings or let your hair be drawn into the dryer.
Maintenance
Your Dryer is designed for household use and is
virtually maintenance free. No lubrication is need-
ed. When cleaning becomes necessary, turn all
switches off and disconnect the dryer from the
power outlet.
To maintain peak product performance, it is
important to clean the Air Inlet Grille at the back of
the dryer. The Air Inlet grille can be removed for
cleaning by simply grasping the sides of the Grille
between fingers and thumb and pulling it off.
Always replace the Grille before using the dryer.
The exterior can be cleaned by wiping it with a
damp cloth.
Storage
When not in use, always unplug the dryer from the
power outlet. Allow the dryer to cool and store out
of the reach of children in a safe dry place. Never
wrap the power cord around the dryer since this
will cause the cord to wear prematurely and
break. Handle the cord carefully for long life and
avoid jerking, twisting or straining especially at
the plug connections. If the cord becomes twist-
ed in use, periodically straighten it. You may also
use the hang loop to store the dryer within con-
venient reach, ensuring that water cannot be
splashed on to the dryer when it is hung up.
The manufacturer reserves the right to change
the characteristics of the device without prior
warning.
