➢ Close the RM-2G / RM-4G.VoLTE module cover. ➢ Connect the RJ45 connector of the RM-2G / RM-4G.VoLTE module to the RJ45 connector of the Helpy 2W-L300 (G in the picture at page 2) by means of the supplied cable.

ATTENTION In order to avoid damage, never power up the device without having first installed the antenna. PSTN line or universal gateway (2G/3G/4G) ➢ Connect the telephone line to terminals LTI. ➢ Connect the ground terminal (indicated by ), to a ground socket in order to increase the telephone line protection.

CONNECTING THE SPEAKER UNITS It is possible to connect to the Helpy 2W-L300 up to 16 independent 2W speaker units by means of the 2-wire bus. The bus can power 4 speaker units, the remaining 12 must be powered by an external power supply.

CONNECTING THE EMERGENCY CALL BUTTONS Some 2W speaker units come with a built-in pushbutton. It is also possible to connect external pushbuttons (voltage free contact pushbuttons or powered pushbuttons). ➢ Connect, following one of the diagrams shown below, the external pushbutton to the 2W speaker unit.

CONNECTING THE INDICATOR LIGHTS The GIVEN ALARM INDICATOR LIGHT (yellow) switches on after pressing the emergency button to indicate the beginning of the alarm procedure. The RECEIVED ALARM INDICATOR LIGHT (green) switches on when the alarm call is answered. Some 2W speaker unit models come with built-in indicator lights. It is also possible to connect external indicator lights.

Programming via e-stant software It is possible to program Helpy 2W-L300 via computer by using the USB/serial proprietary cable and the dedicated e-stant software. e-stant software also allows to: - update the firmware of the Helpy 2W-L300 - customize the messages of the Helpy 2W-L300.
Programming via SMS (only with RM-2G or RM-4G.VoLTE module) All parameters programmable locally by the local telephone may also be set via SMS. Programming via SMS is possible by any mobile phone or other device supporting SMS. An SMS notifying the programming was performed is sent by the Helpy 2W- L300 to the number that sent the programming.
