Cause
GSet the iris switch properly for your lens.
GAdjust the iris of your lens properly.
GConnect the cable properly.
GAdjust the video monitor properly.
GBrighten the lightings.
GWait for a little while. Sometimes it takes time to display
images.
GThere are the recommended requirements of PC to
view the images of the network camera.

GClose all applications other than the network camera
browser.
GThe default setting of picture size is QVGA(320x240).
To increase the speed, select a small image size in
"Resolution" of "Camera Window."
GWhen you lower the image quality in "Quality" of
"Camera Window," the renewal speed becomes faster;
however, the picture quality becomes poor.
GWhen many users access to the camera at the same
time, the renewal speed of the image becomes slow.
GMake sure that the camera is installed in right way.
Adjust the setting to place the "Toshiba" logo in the
right direction.
