The Programming
Station is set up in the following
Steps:
1. Copy the Software from the floppy disk.
2. Set the addresses on the monitor switchover
card.
3. Install the monitor switchover
card and make the
connections.
4. Connect the line power and power supply mit.
5. Center the picture.
Copying the Software from the floppy disk
l
Create the directory C:\PP.
l
Create the directory C:\TNCPGMS. You will need this
directory later.
l
Insert the provided floppy disk into the PCs 3.5" drive.
l
Copy all files from the disk to the directory C:\PP.
l
Remove the floppy disk from the drive and keep it in a
safe place.
Setting the addresses on the Monitor Switchover card
The monitor switchover
card is provided with a jumper for
setting the port address of the card. It tan be inserted in three
positions, SO, SI or S2. When the card leaves the factory, the
jumper is set at SO (hex address = 120). If this address is
already being used by another card in your PC, you must
reposition the jumper to set another address.
