1. Introduction
This Basic Instruction Manual was written to provide basic
information about the major features of Matsusada
Precision's CD series products. For detailed information
about the operation of each of these products, including
precautions to take, please refer to the specific Instruction
Manual supplied with each product. The product generates
high voltage and/or high energy when connected to this
unit. As there is a risk of electric shock which may result in
the serious injury or death of people, please read the
instruction manual to the end before use in order to use
the product safely. Please use the product after fully
understanding how to use the product properly. We are not
responsible for any damages incurred by not observing the
warnings and procedures stated in the instructions, so be
forewarned.

2. Initial Inspection
Before operation, check the product for abnormality. (Do
not connect the AC cable.) Check the panel and the
chassis for obvious impact such as dents.
Confirm that the knob on the front panel can be turned.
If an abnormality is found, contact the forwarding agent
and our company.
3. Accessories
After opening the package, first confirm that there are the
following accessories other than the power supply unit.
