Align the cam-Bolts (A) in Left Stand panel (5) with the holes in Cross panel (7) and Slide into place. Secure in place with 2 Cam-Lock (B) using Cam-Tool (I).
- Page 7 STEP 2 Attach Bottom Frame Baffle (15) to Bottom panel (4) with 5 Bolt (P), 5 Spring washer (S), 5 Flat washer (T) as shown. Carefully turn the Bottom panel (4) upright and insert 4 Cam-Bolt (A) as shown and fully tighten.
- Page 8 STEP 3 Insert 4 Cam-Bolt (A) into Bottom panel (4) as shown and fully tighten. Align the holes in Left Side panel (2) with the Cam-Bolts in Bottom panel (4) and slide into place as shown. Secure Left Side panel (2) to Bottom panel with 2 Cam-Lock (B) using Cam-Tool (I).
- Page 9 STEP 4 Insert 4 Cam-Bolt (A) into the holes of Top panel (1) as shown and fully tighten. Align the Cam-Bolts (A) in Top panel 1 with the holes in the Left and Right Stand panels (5/6) and slide into place as shown. Secure Top panel (1) to the Left and Right Stand panels (5/6) with 4 Cam-Lock (B) using Cam-Tool (I).
- Page 10 STEP 5 Slide the 4 Dowel (G) into the holes on the Left/Right decorative panels (14) and align with the holes on the Under/Upper Decorative panels (12). Secure the panels together with 4 screws (J). Place the assembled Frame into the cabinet and secure it to Cross panel (7) and Bottom panel with 4 Screw (J).
- Page 11 STEP 6 Attach 4 Hinges (L) to the Left door (8) and the Right door (9) with 8 Screws (F). Attach 2 Handles (C) and 2 Handles (D) to the Left and Right Doors with 6 Bolts (E). Attach the Hinges (L) of Left door (8) to Side panel (2) with 8 Screws (F).
- Page 12 STEP 7 Place 4 Shelf panel (16) onto the Shelf supports as shown. Attach Upper Back panel (18) to the back of the fireplace with 10 Screws (U) as shown. Attach 2 Hook (Q) to Top panel (1) with 4 Screw (U). Attach 2 Block wood (11) to Bottom panel (4) with 4 Screw (J) as shown.
- Page 13 STEP 8 Place the insert from the back. Attach Insert Stop (13) to Left and Right Stand panel (5/6) with 2 Bolt (P), 2 Spring washer (S), 2 Flat washer (T) as shown.
- Page 14 STEP 9 Once assembly is complete, Place the fireplace in the desired position along the wall. With a pencil, lightly mark the location where Hook (Q) meets the wall. Remove the fireplace away from the wall. Place one of the remaining Hook (Q) just under the marked location and mark the hole locations with the pencil.
