14.5 Sostituzione filtro e olio cambio
Scaricare l'olio dalla scatola cambio tramite il tappo di
scarico olio (B fig.14/25).
PRIME 30 ORE - Dopo le prime 30 ore di lavoro sostituire
il filtro olio A (fig.14/23) e controllare il livello nella scatola
cambio utilizzando il tappo con asta C (fig.14/24) e verifi-
cando che, a macchina orizzontale, l'olio arrivi tra le due
tacche 1 e 2. Se occorre, aggiungere olio multigrado per
cambi idromeccanici tipo BCS Powerlube W7 SAE 80W
(API GL-4 / GL-5).

14.5 Changing filter and gearbox oil
Discharge the oil of the gearbox from the discharging oil
cap (B fig.14/9 and 14/25).
FIRST 30 HOURS - After the first 30 hours of work, repla-
ce the oil filter A (fig.14/23). Check the level on the gear-
box using the dipstick (C fig.14/24) and checking that, with
the machine horizontal, the oil reaches in between the two
notches 1 and 2. If necessary add multigrade hydro-
mechanical gear oil type BCS Powerlube W7 SAE 80W
(API GL-4 / GL-5).

14.5 Remplacement du filtre et de l'huile de la boîte de
vitesses
Décharger l'huile de la boîte de vitesses par le bouchon de
décharge huile (B fig.14/9 et 14/25).
LES PREMIERES 30 HEURES - Après les premières 30
heures de travail, remplacer le filtre d'huile A (fig.14/23) et
contrôler le niveau dans la boîte de vitesses en utilisant le
bouchon avec tige (C fig.14/24) et en vérifiant que, lorsque
la machine est horizontale, l'huile arrive entre les deux
encoches 1 et 2. S'il faut, ajouter de l'huile multidegré pour
boîtes à vitesse hydromécanique BCS Powerlube W7

14.5 Sustitución del filtro y del aceite en la caja de
cambios
Descargar el aceite de la caja de cambios al tráves del
tapón de descargo aceite (B fig.14/9 y 14/25).
PRIMERAS 30 HORAS - Trascurridas las primeras 30
horas de trabajo, sustituir el filtro de aceite A (fig.14/23) y
controlar el nivel de la caja de cambios utilizando el tapón
con varilla (C fig.14/24) y comprobando que, con la máqui-
na horizontal, el aceite llegue a estar entre las dos mues-
cas 1 y 2. Si es necesario, añadir aceite multigrado para
cambios hidromecánicos BCS Powerlube W7 SAE 80W

14.5 Filter und Getriebeöl ersetzen
Lassen Sie das Öl mit der Ablassschraube (B Abb.14/9
und 14/25) aus dem Getriebe ab.
NACH DEN ERSTEN 30 STUNDEN - Nach den ersten 30
Betriebsstunden ist der Ölfilter A (Abb.14/23) auszuwech-
seln und den Ölstand im Getriebegehäuse prüfen; dazu
den Messstab (C Abb.14/24) verwenden und prüfen, dass
der Ölstand bei horizontal stehender Maschine zwischen
den beiden Kerben 1 und 2 steht. Bei Bedarf Öl für
hydromechanische Getriebe BCS Powerlube W7 SAE
80W (API GL-4 / GL-5).

PER SOSTITUIRE IL FILTRO OLIO (A fig.14/23)
1. Rimuovere il filtro allentandolo con l'apposita chiave.
2. Stendere un velo di olio sulla guarnizione in gomma del
nuovo filtro.
3. Montare il nuovo filtro avvitandolo e stringendolo esclu-
sivamente a mano.
OGNI SETTIMANA - Verificare che, a macchina orizzon-
tale, l'olio arrivi tra le due tacche 1 e 2 del tappo con asta
C (fig.14/24).
TO REPLACE THE OIL FILTER (A fig.14/23)
1. Remove the filter, unscrewing it with the correct span-
ner.
2. Smear a film of oil on the rubber gasket of the new filter.
3. Mount the new filter, screwing and tightening it only by
hand.
EVERY WEEK - With the machine on horizontal plane
check that the oil reaches between the two notches 1 and
2 of the dipstick C (fig.14/24).
SAE 80W (API GL-4 / GL-5).
POUR REMPLACER LE FILTRE À HUILE (A fig.14/23)
1. Enlever le filtre en le desserrant avec la clé adéquate.
2. Mettre une couche d'huile sur le joint en caoutchouc du
filtre neuf.
3. Monter le filtre neuf en le vissant et le serrer uniquement
à la main.
CHAQUE SEMAINE - La machine en position horizontale,
vérifier que l'huile arrive entre les deux encoches du bou-
chon avec la tige C (fig.14/24).
(API GL-4 / GL-5).
PARA SUSTITUIR EL FILTRO ACEITE (A fig.14/23)
1. Quitar el filtro aflojándolo con la llave correspondiente.
2. Extender una capa de aceite en la guarnición de goma
del nuevo filtro.
3. Montar el nuevo filtro tornillandolo y apretándolo ex-
clusivamente a mano.
CADA SEMANA - Comprobar que, con la máquina
horizontal, el aceite llegue a las dos muescas del tapón
con varilla C (fig.14/24).
DEN ÖLFILTER ERSETZEN (A Abb.14/23)
1. Die Filtersicherungsschraube unter Verwendung des
entsprechenden Schlüssels losschrauben und den Filter
herausnehmen.
2. Etwas Öl auf die Gummidichtung des neuen Filters auf-
tragen.
3. Den neuen Filter einsetzen und ausschließlich von
Hand festschrauben.
WÖCHENTLICH - Bei waagerecht stehender Maschine
prüfen, dass der Ölstand zwischen den beiden Kerben des
Deckels mit dem Stab C (Abb.14/24) steht.
