NI ELVIS III Getting Started
7. Right-click each input of the LED Express VI and select Create » Control to
create Boolean controls for the LEDs. You can click a Boolean control on the
front panel to toggle between the TRUE and FALSE states, which determines
the ON and OFF states of an LED.
