To reduce the resistance on a Pro-Form 325 CSX exercise bike, adjust the resistance level using the console controls. If the resistance motor is not functioning correctly, check the power adapter connection and ensure it is fully plugged in. If further troubleshooting is needed, inspect the pulley and magnet alignment with the reed switch and adjust as necessary.
