CPU Clock ratio
Allows the CPU clock ratio to be changed if it isn't locked.
Spread Spectrum
If enabled, could reduce the EMI (Electro-Magnetic Interference) generated by the
system.
Clock Control By
Allows control over Async, CPU Frequency, DRAM Ratio and DRAM frequency.
