Onboard FDD Controller
This enables the onboard floppy disk drive controller.
Onboard Serial Port 1
This assigns the I/O address and interrupt request (IRQ) for the onboard serial port1
(COM1)
Onboard Serial Port 2
This assigns the I/O address and interrupt request (IRQ) for the onboard serial port2
(COM2)
Onboard Parallel Port
This assigns the I/O address and interrupt request (IRQ) for the onboard parallel
port.
Parrallel Port Mode
This sets the data transfer protocol for your parallel port. There are four options: SSP
(Standard Parrallel Port), EPP (Enhanced Parallel Port), ECP (Extended Capabilities
Port) and ECP+EPP.
SPP – Output Only.
ECP/EPP – Bi-directional, allows both input and output. Only supported by ECP and
EPP award peripherals.
ECP Mode Use DMA
When the parallel port is set to ECP mode, the port can use either DMA 3 or DMA 1.
