Using scaffold hook
The product has a scaffold hook that you can use to hook the product briefly to a railing, for example. In
order to use the scaffold hook, flip the scaffold hook out.
Important instructions for handling the scaffold hook:
Do not use the scaffold hook to lift the product or to attach a retaining strap.
Make sure that the product is not unsteadied by strong wind and can be made to fall off the railing by
vibration, for example.
Hook the product with the scaffold hook only to railings or other firm structures. Do not hook the product
on to a tool-belt or other items of clothing.
Do not apply excessive force to the scaffold hook when hooking up. The scaffold hook could bend and
the product could fall.
Before every use, check the scaffold hook and the attachment points of the scaffold hook to the housing
for visible damage, for example distortions and breakages. Use the scaffold hook only when it is in
perfect working order.
