Troubleshooting

The appliance does not start up after the Start/
Stop button B is pressed.
The display A shows "H:HH" after the programme
starts.
No new programme can be started. The display
jumps to the basic setting (programme 1).
The display A shows "E:E0" after the programme
starts.
The motor runs, but the kneading blades 7 do not
turn.
The appliance was disconnected from the mains
supply during operation or there was a power
failure.
The appliance crushes added ingredients, such as
fruits or nuts.
If the malfunction cannot be corrected using one of the suggestions above, or if you have found some
other kind of malfunction, please contact our customer service department.

Possible solutions
Some programme phases f, such as "Preheat"
or "Rise" are difficult to recognise because the
kneading blades 7 do not rotate. Use the
"Programme sequence" table to check which
programme phase is currently running.
Verify that the appliance is working by checking
that the operating light E is on.
Check to see if the mains plug is connected to the
wall socket.
The appliance has not yet cooled down sufficiently
after the last baking process. Stop the current pro-
gramme and switch the appliance off. Open the
lid 2 and let the appliance cool down for about
20 minutes before using it again.

longer than 10 minutes, the appliance automatically
restarts the last programme.
To avoid crushing ingredients, such as fruits or
nuts, do not add them to the dough until you hear
several beeps and "ADD" g appears on the
display A.
