Function overview

You can choose from 16 different baking
programmes.
You can use your own recipes or ready-made
baking mixes.*
You can use the "Gluten-free" programme to
prepare gluten-free baking mixes and recipes
with gluten-free flours, such as cornflour, buck-
wheat flour and potato flour.
You can knead different doughs like bread roll
dough or pizza dough.
You can make jam or yoghurt.
You can programme up to 8 individual program-
mes tailored to your own needs (programme 16).
*You will find a selection of delicious baking mixes
as well as ingredients for your own recipes in your
local Lidl market.
