8. Stop

1) Release the throttle control

2) Let the engine idle
3) Push the machine's ignition switch (3) to "stop"

9. Chain brake

Test the chain brake in the following way
1) Place the saw on a solid foundation

2) Start the engine
3) Keep right hand on the rear throttle control
4) Keep left hand on the front handle (a)
5) Apply 1/3 gas and push the chain brake (b) forward
6) The chain shall stop immediately. When it stops - release the gas
7) If the chain brake works, stop the machine and place the chain brake handle in deac-
tivated position (pull it back)
This test shall be carried out every time before the saw is used.
If the chain brake doesn't work, contact your dealer.

10. Automatic lubrication

The chain saw is equipped with an automatic lubrication system,
which always ensures that the chain is optimal lubricated.

It is, however, a condition there is chain oil on the machine.
After the engine has been started, half throttle is given. Make
sure the chain oil is sprayed out as shown on picture (F12 -1)

The oil amount can also be adjusted manually (F13 - 2)

WARNING
Always check that the machine is filled with chain oil before
start. Operation without chain oil can cause damage to the saw
Note that Texas recommends Klingtex chain oil viscosity 125.
