    The 4620 IP Telephone Overview of the 4620 This guide covers the use of the Avaya 4620 telephone on Avaya IP Office telephone systems. The diagram below shows the face of the 4620 telephone and contains numbered “callouts”, which identify the phone’s primary features and buttons.

    Call Appearance Keys The default first page of the main call screen contains three keys set as ‘call appearance’ keys. These keys show that the 4620 is a multi-line phone and are indicated as a=, b= and c=. Note: The number of call appearance keys can vary and the descriptive text shown next to the key when idle can be changed.

    4620 is not able to display. If the WAP web page uses WML features that the 4620 does not support, those features will not be shown. If the WAP web page uses features that the 4620 does not recognise as valid WML 1.2, the 4620 will display Not a valid WML page.
