VACUUM FANS - VENTILADORES DE ASPIRACIÓN
Le ventole aspirazione sono gli organi che servono
per aspirare la polvere creata dalle spazzole.
Pertanto quando la motoscopa è in funzione, le ven-
tole devono essere sempre funzionanti, esclusi i se-
guenti casi nei quali si devono fermare:
•
In presenza di acqua sul terreno da spazzare.
•
Quando si ribalta il contenitore dei rifi uti.
•
Quando si vibrano i fi ltri polvere mediante
l'interruttore 14 fi g.1, (Le ventole si fermano
automaticamente).
•
Ventola/e aspirazione 1.
•
Filtro aspirazione polvere multitasche 2 (standard).
•
Filtro aspirazione polvere a cartucce 3 (optional).
•
Coperchio posteriore 4 per ispezione fi ltro
multitasche.
•
Kit di pulizia 5 per fi ltro multitasche.
•
Coperchio superiore 6.
Filtri controllo polvere
I fi ltri polvere hanno la funzione di fi ltrare l'aria pol-
verosa aspirata dalla ventola e quindi devono essere
sempre mantenuti perfettamente funzionanti.
Pulizia fi ltri
Fermare le ventole mediante l'interruttore 14 (fi g.1)
Portandolo in posizione centrale.
•
Premere l'interruttore 14 (fi g.1) Nella posizio-
ne b facendo vibrare i fi ltri per 5 sec. Circa.
•
Ripetere l'operazione 4-5 volte di seguito.
!
Attenzione!
Non tenere l'interruttore premuto costante-
mente onde evitare inconvenienti all'impianto
elettrico.
Se la macchina lavora in ambiente molto polveroso
la pulizia del fi ltro 2 deve essere eff ettuata frequente-
mente togliendo il coperchio posteriore e pulirlo con
un'aspiratore e il kit di pulizia.
Per eff ettuare una pulizia dei fi ltri più a fondo occorre
smontarli:
•
Togliere il coperchio superiore del fi ltro.
•
Sfi lare il fi ltro e pulirlo accuratamente con
getto d'aria o meglio ancora con aspiratore,
partendo dall'interno delle sacche dove la
polvere si annida maggiormente.
•
Non usare mai ferri o legni per la pulizia.
•
Quando si installa il fi ltro assicurarsi che la
guarnizione del coperchio faccia tenuta, che
il fi ltro sia ben posizionato.
•
Rimontare il coperchio fi ltro.
!
Pericolo!
Proteggere occhi e capelli quando si fanno ope-
razioni di pulizia, utilizzando pistole ad aria
compressa e soprattutto usare l'apposita ma-
scherina.

VENTOLE ASPIRAZIONE
The vacuum fans are used to suck in the dust raised
by the brushes.
When the motor sweeper is in operation, the fans
must always be running, except for the following ca-
ses, when they must stop:
Water present on the ground to be swept.
When the refuse hopper is tipped up.
When the dust fi lters are vibrated (when switch 14
fi g. 1 Is operated to vibrate the fi lters, the fans stop
automatically).
•
Vacuum fan/s 1.
•
(standard) Sacks dust vacuum fi lter 2.
•
(optional) Cartridges dust vacuum fi lter 3.
•
Rear cover 4 for inspection sacks dust fi lter.
•
Cleaning kit 5 for sack dust fi lter.
•
Upper cover 6.
Dust fi lters
The dust fi lters remove the dust from the air sucked
up by the suction fans. They must be kept in peak
condition.
Cleaning the dust fi lters
Stop the fans by turning the switch 14 (fi g. 1) To the
central position.
•
Turn switch 14 (fi g.1) To position b to vibrate
the fi lters for about 5 sec.
•
Repeat 4-5 times in succession.
!
Warning!
Do not keep the switch pressed constantly as
this may damage the electrical system.
If the machine is working in a very dusty environ-
ment the fi lter 2 must be cleaned frequently.
Removing rear cover and clean fi lter by a vacuum cle-
aner and its cleaning kit.
To allow the fi lters to be cleaned more thoroughly,
they must be removed:
•
Remove the fi lter upper cover.
•
Remove the fi lter and clean it thoroughly
with a compressed air jet or preferably with
a vacuum cleaner, starting from the inside of
the sacks where the dust collects most.
•
Never use metal or wooden tools for clea-
ning.
•
When fi tting the new fi lter, make sure that the
cover seal is airtight and that the fi lter is pro-
perly positioned.
•
Replace the fi lter cover.

Danger!
Protect eyes and hair when cleaning with
compressed air guns, always use a breathing
safety mask.

Los ventiladores de aspiración son los órganos que
aspiran el
polvo que levantan los cepillos. Por lo tanto cuando
la barredora está en funcionamiento los ventiladores
siempre tienen que estar funcionando, exceptuando
los siguientes casos en los que deben pararse:
Cuando hay agua en el terreno por barrer.
Al volcarse el contenedor de basura.
Cuando se sacuden los fi ltros del polvo (cuando accio-
na el interruptor 14, fi g. 1, Para activar el sacudido de
los fi ltros, los ventiladores se paran automáticamente).
•
Ventilador/es de aspiración 1.
•
Filtro de saco aspiración del polvo 2 (estándard).
•
Filtro de cartuchos aspiración del polvo 3
(opción).
•
Cubierta posterior 4 de inspección del fi ltro de saco.
•
Kit de limpieza 5 por fi ltro de saco
•
Tapa superior 6.
Filtros de control del polvo
Los fi ltros del polvo tienen la función de fi ltrar el aire
polvoriento que aspira el ventilador y por ello deben
funcionar siempre correctamente.
Limpieza de los fi ltros del polvo
Parar los ventiladores poniendo el interruptor 14 (fi g. 1)
En la posición del centro.
•
Poner el interruptor 14 (fi g.1) En la posición b
durante unos 5 s para sacudir los fi ltros.
•
Repetir esta operación 4-5 veces seguidas.
!
¡Atencion!
A fi n de evitar problemas en la instalación
eléctrica no mantener el interruptor apretado
constantemente.
Si la máquina está funcionando en un ambiente muy
polvoriento el fi ltro 2 se debe limpiar con frecuencia.
Quitando la cubierta posterior y limpiarlo con un aspi-
rador y su kit de limpieza.
Para efectuar una limpieza completa de los fi ltros es
necesario desmontarlos:
•
Quitar la tapa superior del fi ltro.
•
Extraer el fi ltro y limpiarlo bien con un chorro
de aire o, todavía mejor, con un aspirador em-
pezando desde dentro de las bolsas, donde el
polvo se acumula más.
•
No utilizar en ningún caso alambres o palos de
madera para la limpieza.
•
Cuando se coloca el fi ltro, comprobar que la
junta de la tapa ermética y que el fi ltro esté
colocado correctamente.
•
Volver a montar la tapa del fi ltro.

¡Peligro!
Cuando la máquina trabaja en ambientes tóxic-
os protegerse con una mascarilla especial y usar
las protecciones adecuadas durante el manteni-
miento del fi ltro del polvo.
