Problem
The sweeper fails to pick up large particles of dirt or
leaves traces of dirt behind
Sweeper leaves dust on fl oor or dust comes out from
side fl aps
Dust inside the fi lter housing
Sweeper fails to pick up paper, leaves, etc.
The sweeper throws dirt forwards
Rapid brush wear
Main brush noisy
The brushes fail to turn
Refuse bin does not rise
Refuse bin lowers in jerks
Dust and waste come out of bin
Refuse bin lowers by itself
Rear door bin opens by itself
The sweeper does not move, or moves slowly
The sweeper moves even with the drive pedal in neutral
Excessive backlash on steering wheel
The engine cooling liquid indicator illuminates (Koh-

TROUBLE-SHOTTING

Brush speed too slow
Working speed too fast
Brush pressure too light
Brush worn
Bristles bent, or string or wire, etc., entangled in brush
Dust guide plate encrusted with pressed material
Vacuum fan faulty
Bin detached from fan mouth
Filter clogged
Flaps worn
Filters broken
Seals of fi lter housing worn
Front fl ap raiser not working
Front fl ap broken
Excessive brush pressure
Floor very abrasive
Material wound around brush
No oil in circuit system

Pressure too low in circuit
