If the sensor doesn't respond to the tracker but does respond to a request
you send to it manually then you need to check the Rs485 or Rs232 port of the
tracker.
If the sensor doesn't respond at all, you need to run some basic diagnostics
on it.
If you need to poll the sensor via the Rs232 directly (without the tracker
being connected) the same type of requests should be used. However, in this
case you need to connect the Rx of the Rs232-USB converter with the Tx of the
sensor (green wire) and the Rx of the sensor with the Tx (violet wire) of the
converter.

Common issues and how to resolve them

If your sensor shows level 6500 or 7000, be sure to check if it is properly
calibrated (the full calibration value must at least 1.4 times bigger than the
empty calibration value) and compare the current level reading with the empty
and full calibration values.
6500 is a code that signals that the tubes of the sensor are disconnected
from the sensor's main circuit. In this case the current level is probably below
