RECOVERY
If you wish to perform a fitness test, press START/STOP at any time, stop
your movement, and activate the RECOVRY function by pressing the button called
RECOVERY. Hold both hands on the pulse sensors. Time will count down from
00:60 to 00:00, and the display will score your fitness level with the grades of F1 –
F6, where F1 is the best score and F6 is the lowest.
BODY FAT
After confirming the settings in U1-U4, you can chose to perform a BODY FAT
measurement. Press the BODY FAT button, and hold both hands on the hand pulse
sensors for 5-10 sec. while the display shows a status bar in the main window. When
the scan is complete the body fat percentage is shown on the screen, followed by a
BMI calculation.
Press the BODY FAT button again to resume normal training.
