Symptom
• Unit will not power on
• No sound output from
speakers
• Noise/Distortion in
sound output
• Unit fails to respond
• Decline in turntable
audio performance

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Possible Cause
• Unit is unplugged.
• The volume level is set
too low.
• The input selector does
not match the playback
source.
• The unit is too close to
a TV set or another
interfering device.
• It might result from
external factors such as
ESD (Electro-static
discharge).
• The turntable stylus is
worn out.

Solution
• Connect the DC power
adapter to the jack.
• Adjust the volume.
• Select the correct
input source.
• Turn off the TV or
other appliance, and
relocate the unit.
• Disconnect the power
cord and external
audio device. Re-plug
the power cord after
one minute.
• Replace the stylus.
