  • Page 5 ASSEMBLY Step 1 • Screw the feet (2) to the headboard (A) and footboard (B). • Insert x8 M8x20 screws (3) into the headboard and footboard. Feet (x4) M8 x 20 (x8)
  • Page 6 Step 2 • Align the holes on the ends of the footboard (B) with those on the left and right sideboards (C, D). • Align a bracket (5) with the corner between the left sideboard (C) and footboard (B), then use the Allen key (6) to secure the bracket (5) with x4 M8x20 screws (3). •...
  • Page 7 Step 3 • Connect the x4 frames (E,F) using the M8x20 screws (3), pay attention to the orientation of the left and right-side tube (E). • Connect the centre support bar (G) to the assembled frame using M8x40 screws (8) and M8 washers (4) on the outside of (F) and secure it with x4 M8 nuts (9).
  • Page 8 Step: 4 • Place the slat support assembly onto the gas lifts (on the sideboard) and secure it in place using x6 M8x40 screws (8), x6 M8 washers (4), and x6 M8 nuts (9) in the holes. • Tighten using the Allen key (6) and T-handle Allen key (7) to secure the screws.   • Page 10 Step: 6 • Connect 2 slats (13) together using x1 inner caps (14) and x2 end caps (12) to create a slat assembly. Repeat this process for the remaining slats (13). • Secure the slat assemblies by aligning the holes on the end caps (12) and inner caps (14) with the slots on the bed assembly.

  • Page 13 Step: 9 • Place the bed base fabric (1) onto the bed assembly. • Attach the strip light (17) to the channel on the outside of the sideboard and footboard. • Tighten all screws using the Allen key (6) and T-handle Allen key (7). Clean the bed using the alcohol wipe (19).
