menu?
Method of deleting the registered number
Display the registrations, and type "ID CODE" for 9- or
5-digit number ID or type "ANSWER CODE" for AAB in
capital letters
The necessary system setting has been made with [F6]
key?
Note) If FS-2550/1562 is fitted, set "MIF AGC" to "OFF"
without fail.
Manual Reception with [F3] and [6] keys is set to
"AUTO"?
Position data from GPS are entered?
Check position data by opening NMEA data menu with
[F4] key.
Carry out "Selftest" with [F6] key. The results of the
selftest are OK?
The program version has been checked? Program
version appears during the selftest.
Read/write function of FD is OK? (Use "Open" and
"Close" operations in [F1] menu)
A file is printed out?

Settings in "System Setup" menu have been made with
[F8] key?
Position data has been entered?
Position data is displayed on the lower right corner of
the Status screen.
Press the received alarm buzzer button. While the
button is pressed, the buzzer keeps sounding and the
LED keeps lighting.
The C/N value on the Status display is OK?
Log IN is possible? Carry out "Log IN" operation in [F7]
menu.
PV test does not detect any error. ([F7] [6])
Read/write function of FD is OK? (Use "Open" and
"Close" operations in [F1] menu)
A file is printed out?
("File to Print" in [F1] menu)
