Remedy
Repeat the procedure.
Replace the batteries.
Avoid non-reflective or poorly
reflecting surfaces. Find a
measurement point that is more
reflective (use white paper).
Avoid highly reflective or mir-
rored surfaces. Find a measure-
ment point that is less reflective
(do not aim at a bright light).
Stay within the maximum meas-
uring range of the device.
Switch the product off and back
on again. If the error code
still appears despite repeated
switching on and off, contact
the Service hotline.
