Mast lowering problems
No lowering
Measure voltage on terminals of coil MDE.
Measure the impedance of MDE -coil disconnected-

Check the electrovalve (operation).
Correct
Check the load holding valve (operation).
Correct
Contact JLG Product Support.
Lowering only if enable is kept depressed
Check the check valve on pump outlet for leaks.

Check the piloted check valve on
auxillary manifold for leaks.

Check the check solenoid valve MDE for leaks.
Correct
Check the general pressure relief valve for leaks.
Correct
Check the load holding valve (leak on piloting).
Correct

Lowering at reduced speed
Check the flow regulator on the cylinder.

Excessive friction
Inspect / clean / grease / adjust the mast.

No external lead.
Battery charged correctly.
Battery connections in good condition.
The machine is on flat and horizontal ground.
< 24V Check / repair the coil connector.
