No 3rd gear or 3 rd gear does not hold
Check the state of indicator for sw itching to 2nd gear - during drive -
Lit as soon as enable is depressed
Measure the voltage at wire # 34
on LCB terminal block
WHEN depressing the enable switch.
Measure the voltage at wire # 35
on relay K4.
Check / repair the connections
of the coil on relay K4.
Check / replace relay K4.
Lights up during operation
- Measures of continuity : emergency stop sw itches depressed -
Check continuity / connections wire # 36
between term. block / relay K4.
Check the continuity of contact # 35 & 36
relay K4 supplied.
Check continuity / connections
of diodes D10 & D14.
Check continuity wire # 6 of PC0194
between contact key and CR7.
Check continuity wire # 37 / PC0194
between LCB term. block and CR7.
Measure the voltage at wire # 37 on CR7(2)
