Sets year, month, day and time.
Setting range (numeric value input type):
YEAR: 2000 to 2099
MONTH: 1 to 12
DAY: 1 to 31
CLOCK: 00:00 to 23:59
Note
 When ETC is OFF and TIME is OFF, the year, month, day, hour and minute cannot be set.

Specifies whether setting IP address or not.
