10 Malfunctions
If the BioPAT
Trace | Multi Trace will not start or malfunctions occur during

operation, proceed as follows:
Immediately stop the device!

Secure the device against unauthorized operation.
t
Check the malfunction against the "Table of error codes" from "10.2 Errors
t
and Possible Causes" and "10.3 Error Message: "Calibration failed" ".
Only carry out the activities for troubleshooting described under the "10.2"
t
and "10.3" or contact the Sartorius Service.
If this does not solve the problem, contact the Sartorius Service.

Error messages
The device has some internal tests and gives appropriate error messages. The
acknowledgment by the "OK" button closes these messages. As long as the
error is not resolved, corresponding marks
Pressing on these markers, the error messages can be opened again. If the
error is resolved, the messages and marks will be removed.
