Performing Sweep Measurement
Staircase sweep measurement is performed as follows.

To get measurement result data, use a :FETC subsystem command. For example,
the :FETC:CURR? command returns the latest current measurement data. The
:FETC?command returns the latest data for the parameters specified by the
:FORM:ELEM:SENS command.

Stopping Measurement
Measurement is stopped by the :OUTP OFF command.
