Installing the Supply and Return Header (Single Fuel)

WARNING
Mechanically loaded connections can cause equipment
damage. Connect gas lines without load or torque.
1. Reinstall the return header and isolation valves
together with the lower flange of the boiler sections.
2. Reinstall the actuators onto the isolation valves.
3. Reinstall the gas manifold with the brackets to the
boiler sections.
4. Reinstall the burner gas line with gasket to the gas
manifold.
5. Install the supply header with flange seal on the upper
flange of the boiler sections. For sizes 3.5 and 5.0
MMBTU, insert the restrictors between two flange
seals according to the table.
6. Wrap the supply header with the thermal insulation
jacket.
