Installing the Boiler Panels

Note: The Vitocrossal 300, CA3B having two boiler
heat exchanger sections will have reduced number
of assembly steps compared to a Vitocrossal 300,
CA3B having three boiler heat exchanger sections.
1. Install the top front cover plate with 4 screws
(for CA3B 5.0 and 6.0 only).
2. Install the lower front cover plate with 6 screws from
the lower front cover plate.
3. Install the top front panel (for CA3B 5.0 and 6.0 only).
4. Insert the bottom of the lower front panel in place and
push into place.
5. Install the top left side and bottom left side panels.
6. Slide the top panels toward the left side.
7. Install the top right side panels.
8. Install with screws to the right side of the top panels.
Reassembly
