Installing the Burner Assembly

WARNING
The burner weighing up to 176 lb. (80 kg) may cause
injury if handled improperly. Lift the upper part of the
burner onto the corresponding boiler section.
Use suitable lifting equipment (e.g. crane or gantry).

Vitocrossal 300, CA3B Series 2.5 to 6.0 Technical Data
1. Lift up the upper part of the burner and place
into position.
2. Tighten the 6x M12 nuts evenly torque to 9 lb.ft (12 Nm).
3. Install the electrode block with gasket.
