B. Cylinder freeze-up causing ice
formation in center of cylinder
and liquid product channels
around ice formation.
NOTE: DEFROST AFFECTED FREEZE CYLINDER AS
INSTRUCTED.
A. Dispensed product BRIX too
low.
B. Viscosity of dispensed product
not properly adjusted.
