Leak test annually, and whenever the gas bottle is removed or replaced. Check that the
hose connections are tight and leak test each time you reconnect the gas bottle.

  • Page 6 LEFT RIGHT Insert M6x90 Bolts (D8x8pcs) through the trolley legs and M6 Spacer (D9x8pcs). While holding the barbecue body into position (2 people required), screw the bolts into the barbecue body as shown. CAUTION! Care must be taken to ensure the hood or lid does not fall open unexpectedly or becomes damaged when it is set on the ground.
  • Page 7 Attach the Tool Hook (C2) to the Side Shelf (C1) using 1/4-20UCNx12 Bolts (D11x2pcs). Attach the side shelf assembly to the right front/rear legs using 1/4 20UCNx35 Bolts (D10x8pcs) as shown.
  • Page 8 Attach the Side Shelf (C1) to the Left Front/Rear Legs using 1/4 20UCNx35 Bolts (D10x8pcs) as shown. Carefully lay Flame Tamers (B7) into the barbecue body ensuring it lies level within the boy. Lay the Cooking Grills (B9) and Round Grill(B8) into place. Ensure the cooking grill lies directly over the flame tamer on the barbecue body.
