When a countdown parameter is finished running, the display shows END, and an alarm will sound
for 0.5 seconds every 2 seconds until the treadmill stops and the alarm stop, and then treadmill
return to manual mode.

When setting a certain parameter, you can set it cyclically. For example, the time setting range is
5:00—99:00. When it is set to 99:00, press the "+" key again to return to 5:00 to continue cycling.
Use "+" and "-" symbols to increase or decrease the parameters.

Only one of time counting, calorie counting, and counting distance can be set. Run according to the
last one and set parameters.

Proper maintenance keeps your treadmill in optimal condition, improper care and maintenance can result in an injury or
shorten the life of the treadmill.
Warning: Always unplug the treadmill before cleaning or maintaining the appliance!

Regularly remove dust to keep the parts clean.

After each use of the treadmill, use a clean towel or cloth to clean the meter and other parts with sweat and
debris. Please be careful not to splash water on any electrical components and under the running belt.

Please place your treadmill in a clean and dry environment, ensure the power is turned off and the power cable
has been unplugged.

To facilitate easy movement, the treadmill is equipped with wheels, please ensure you disconnect the power
supply and fold the body before moving.

Check and lock all parts of the treadmill frequently.
6.
To maintain and extend the life of the treadmill, it is recommended that you rest the treadmill for 10 minutes after
30 minutes of continuous use.
