Inserting and Removing the Blades
Remove the battery from the unit before inserting or detaching the
blades. Always wear protective gloves while handling the blade.
1. Turn the grass and hedge shears upside down and pull the clip of
the gear cover (step 1) upwards. Hold the gear cover firmly and pull
the cover forwards to remove from the grass and hedge shears
(step 2).
2. After taking off the blade you will see the gear wheel. Make sure
that no dirt or grass leaves get into the gear. Remove any dirt
around the gear prior to re-attach the blades.
Attention! Do not touch the safety switch and the ON/OFF switch prior
to re-attach the gear cover. There is risk of injury!
