La durata della catena di tras-
missione dipende da una lu-
brificazione e regolazione ap-
propriate. Nel caso in cui non
si effettuano le sopraindicate
operazioni, possono generarsi
consumi e danni al pignone e
alla corona dentata, pregiudi-
cando sensibilmente le presta-
zioni del veicolo. Il controllo si
deve effettuare frequentemente,
regolandola almeno ogni 1.000
Km. L'abbassamento della cate-
na deve essere di 25-30 mm.
CONTROLLO
Il controllo deve essere effet-
tuato con il veicolo scarico,
in posizione verticale, e dovrà
ripetersi nelle diverse posizioni
della ruota per controllare che
la corona non presenti eccessi-
ve eccentricità.
Se la catena si allenta o si
blocca, significa che alcuni an-
elli sono danneggiati o grippati.
Controllare frequentemente lo
stato degli anelli, rulli e denti
della corona. In caso di consu-
mo eccessivo o deformazione,
si sostituisca il gruppo catena
- pignone - corona.
