4. OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Introduction:
The sander is designed for dry sanding of surfaces of wood, plastic as well
as for painter surfaces.
Warning:
1. no sanding on plaster!
2.change sanding paper when it is damaged!
NOTE: Before using the tool, read the instruction book carefully.
To prevent serious injury from accidental operation
Turn the Power Switch of the tool to its "OFF" position and unplug the tool
from its electrical outlet before assembling or making any adjustments to
the tool.
Attaching the Dust canister
The integral dust extraction system collects sanding dust in canister
supplied with your sander. For maximum efficiency, the dust canister
should be emptied frequently during operation.
Slide the Dust Canister onto the back of the Sander. Snap it in place using
firm pressure, and then rotate it to be locked. (Fig.2)
The collection of the dust will only work if the sandpaper has holes that
line up with the 8 dust collection holes in the Backing Pad.
Attaching Sandpaper to the Backing Pad
The Sanding Disc is attached by Hook and Loop to the Backing Pad.
Place the Sanding Disc on the Backing Pad lining up the 8 holes so that
the dust can be collected into the Dust Canister. (Fig.3)
Before connecting your power tool to power supply, always check to be
sure switch is not in lock-on position. Failure to do so could result in
accidental starting of your power tool.
