Adjust Deck Height
(Figure 32)
The mower deck has two height options to
extend the height-of-cut range.
•
Low position: 1.5 – 4" (38 – 102 mm)
•
High position: 2.5 – 5" (64 – 127 mm)
To change deck height:
1. Follow procedure for removing deck
(see Removing Mower Deck on
page 33).
NOTICE: Deck does not have to be slid out
from under unit.
2. Choose the mounting holes for the
desired cut height (Figure 32).
•
For higher height of cut mount the
deck links, idler leveling bracket and
drag links in the lower holes.
•
For lower height of cut mount the deck
links, idler leveling bracket and drag
links in the upper holes.

IMPORTANT: During operation be sure to
use the correct scale in the height-of-cut
