1. Safety precautions

• Before using the condensing unit, carefully read these safety precautions for information on proper
usage.
• Be sure to always follow these safety precautions, as they contain important safety information.
• Toshiba Carrier bears no responsibility for damages resulting from failure to follow these instructions.
• To ensure safe and proper usage, ensure that the end user (the person actually using the condensing
unit) has access to the Operating Precautions and the Moving and Repair Notes, and receives
sufficient explanations.
• The displayed symbols are explained below.
