5 How to handle the water tank
Place the fan on a fi rm surface and pour water into the water tank. Comply with the 6 steps
below. Note: Disconnect the power plug from the mains socket before removing the water
tank. Do not fi ll the water tank with hot water (40° C and more).
1. Remove the screw with a screwdriver, and
lift the water tank at both sides keeping it
level.
Note: Do not fi ll with dirty water or include any additives (such as perfume, essential oils,
insect repellents etc.). Only use clean drinking water or fi ltered water to ensure the long life of
the air humidifi er.
3. Fill with water until the tank is full, and then
close the cover by turning clockwise.

2. Allow the tank to stand in the correct
position, and open the tank cover by turning
anti-clockwise.
4. Turn the tank upside down and re-install it
on the fan.
