9.1 Adjustment of the maintenance interval
The maintenance intervals must be adapted to the ambient and operating conditions. The following
factors must be taken into account:

Increased operating temperatures
•
Condensation and condensation water effects
•
High vibration stress
•
Use in vacuum
•
Highly dynamic operation
•
Influence of foreign substances (e.g. vapors, acids, etc.)
The guideways are lubricated for life. In individual cases, relubrication may be necessary.

10.1 Base jaws do not move
Possible cause
Operating voltage too low or
power supply insufficient
Cable connection interrupted
IO configuration of the robot faulty
Component failure, e.g. due to
overload
Fuse has tripped
