Console
Display overlay keys are not responding when depressed.
Possible Cause
Loose ribbon connection(s). Test the Key Pad function. Use Diagnostics. Verify that the two ribbon connections are
Worn or defective overlay
assembly.
Ghost HR.

Emergency stop not working.
Possible Cause
Console PCB defective,
magnet misplaced in
holder
Activity Zone buttons not registering.
Possible Cause
Damage to switches
Damage to connectors
Not Connected
Unit resets randomly or pauses.
Possible Cause
Insufficient power source.
Damaged ground prong on
line cord.
Line cord improperly
seated in electrical outlet.
Emergency stop magnet
not engaged.
Towel or magazine may be
making contact with stop
switch while user is running.
Loose connections at
display console.
Corrective Action
attached to the display PCB.
Replace overlay-switch assembly.
Corrective Action
Check frame grounding and grounding at the electrical outlet.
Corrective Action
Check that the magnet is properly located on the Console. Replace Console Display
PCB if cable and magnet good, See console Service manual.
Check e-stop cabling.
Corrective Action
Check the Activity Zone in keypad diagnostics.
Check connections.
Connect the Activity Zone.
Corrective Action
Plug treadmill into a proper electrical configuration. Refer to the Operations Manual.
(Dedicated Circuit)
Replace line cord.
Inspect power connection at electrical outlet and at machine for proper contact.
Re-engage the emergency stop magnet.
Move all possible obstructions off display console and handlebar.
Secure all connections at display console PCB.
